I subsequently managed process and production operations in high-tech manufacturing before transitioning to consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and BearingPoint, supporting operational assessment and process improvement engagements for large enterprise clients.
Most recently, I served as COO and Chief of Staff of Eos Group, a construction technology firm serving the F1000 and ENR 400, with responsibility for the full range of company operations — from sales and marketing through delivery, software engineering, finance, HR, IT, and legal. Along the way, I developed first-time managers into capable leaders and worked closely with senior executives navigating growth, transition, and the day-to-day challenge of running a business.
